Open Roles
Three core positions powering the PAMO Capital Partners sales team.
1. Lead Tech / CTO
- 🌐 Builds & maintains client websites
- 👥 Hires agents/closers; creates training materials
- 🔗 Generates & warms all leads
- 🏳 Assigns leads to agents via portal
- 🛡 Handles escalations & admin oversight
- 💼 May personally scout & close deals
2. Agent
- 📋 Receives batches of 10–25 warm leads
- 📞 Works leads via call script: Warm → Hot
- 🤝 Can also close deals themselves
- 🔁 New batch issued once current batch is worked
3. Closer
- 🔥 Receives hot leads only — pre-qualified
- ✅ Converts hot leads into closed sales
- ⬆️ Promoted from Agent after 2 self-closes
- 🚪 Can also be hired directly from outside
Lead Lifecycle Flow
Hot criteria — either condition is sufficient:
- 1. Interest expressed — lead has verbally or in writing expressed genuine interest in moving forward.
- 2. Next step scheduled — lead has agreed to a follow-up call, demo, contract review, or payment discussion.

Transparent, per-close payouts. No caps. No gimmicks.

Flat rate — no volume scaling. $50 paid when the hot lead eventually closes, however long that takes. Agent rate is uncapped: close 10, 1,000, a million deals — same rate always.
Promotion Path
- Eligible after 2 self-closes as an Agent.
- Stay Agent — keep working warm leads at $50/$200 flat, forever, no cap.
- Promote to Closer — trade prospecting for pre-qualified hot leads at the tiered scale.
- Direct hire Closers allowed — no Agent phase required.

+$25 per 100 closes · caps at $350 after 800

🥧 Commission Pipeline
On deals priced at $500 or more, the remainder of the deal value — after Agent and/or Closer payouts are paid — flows into the Commission Pipeline. Distribution from the pipeline (admin draw, manager override, bonus pool, etc.) is TBD — to be finalized and documented once determined.
